Pineapple Roll

By inheriting of making banana roll, Tu Bong develops new product from pineapple, called pineapple roll which has a specific light sour and sweet taste.

Main ingredients:

Pineapple, sugar, gluti- nous rice chupatty. Pineapple jam is cooked in a vacuum con- centrator system then can save taste, smell and nutrition facts from fresh pineapple. This concentrated pineapple will be rolled with glutinous rice chupatty then cut and packed as same as banana roll.
